Ingredients:
Bromelain (Ananas comosus (Pineapple), 2000GDU/g) 250mg Providing 500GDU*, Papain (Carica papaya L. (Papaya), 6000PU/mg) 250mg
Providing 1500000PU*.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement.

Adults: 1 capsule two to three times daily, preferably with a meal or as recommended by your health care professional.

CAUTION: Not recommended for individuals taking any blood-thinning or anti-inflammatory medication.
