Description:
A herbal food supplement traditionally used as a tonic to stimulate the thyroid and increase metabolism. An excellent source of bioavailable iodine and other minerals, vitamins and amino acids.

Active Ingredients:
Dried kelp, seaweed (Ecklonia maxima)

Directions:
Adults: (1/2g to 2g) 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon daily, mix with water, fruit juice or yoghurt. Add to smoothies and other health drinks, cereals, cooking and baking.

1⁄2g (1/8 teaspoon) contains approximately 180ug of iodine, recommended daily allowance 150ug iodine, upper safe level 1000ug iodine.
