Chi Time Digesabilitea – Loose Leaf Tea to enjoy before or after meals for digestion

Ingredients:
Hawthorn leaves, holy basil, cloves, cardamom, rose petals, orange peel, fennel, ginger and cinnamon.

Precautions:
Be cautious if you have diabetes, take blood thinners, blood pressure or heart medications. Avoid if pregnant, breast-feeding, have an oestrogen-dependant disease. Stop drinking this tea two weeks before undergoing surgery.

Recommended Usage
Take 1 tablespoon and steep in 300ml hot water for 10 minutes.
