Hypoxis hemerocallidea (African Potato, rhizome powder) 180mg, Hypoxis hemerocallidea (African Potato) 440mg [rhizome, as 44mg of 10:1 extract].

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement.

Adults: One tablet two to three times a day with water before meals or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
