Description:

Vitamin B9 (folic acid) helps the body to metabolise proteins, aids in the formation of red blood cells, and is a factor in the maintenance of good health.

Ingredients:
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 100μg, Vitamin B9 (as Folic Acid) 500μg.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement

Adults: One tablet daily with water or as recommended by your health care professional.

Not recommended for children under 12 years.
