Ingredients:
Ashwaganda, oatstraw, yerba mate, shizandra, Siberian ginseng, cinnamon, ginger root, cardamom, orange peel, peppercorns and goji berries.

Precautions: 
Be cautious if you have diabetes, take blood thinners or have high blood pressure. Avoid if pregnant, breast-feeding, have thyroid issues, an auto-immune disease, heart problems or are epileptic. Stop drinking this tea two weeks before undergoing surgery.

Recommended Usage
Take 1 tablespoon and steep in 300ml hot water for 10 minutes.
