Ingredients:
Rose petals, lavender, gingko biloba, holy basil, vervain and orange peel.
Precautions:
If you suffer from excessive headache, constipation, take blood thinners, are diabetic or prone to seizures. Avoid if pregnant, breast-feeding. Stop drinking this tea two weeks before undergoing surgery.
Recommended Usage
Take 1 tablespoon and steep in 300ml hot water for 10 minutes.
