Active Ingredients:
Cassia angustifolia (Senna) 11mg [leaves, as 60% extract providing 6.5mg sennosides], Aloe Ferox (Bitter Aloe, sap powder) 64mg, Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) 28mg, [herb, as 7mg of 4:1 extract] Pimpinella anisum (Aniseed, powder) 22mg, Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel, Seed powder)22mg

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement.
Adults: One tablet daily with a glass of water, if required can increase dose to three tablets, or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Do not use for more than 8-10 days.
Not to be taken as a substitute for a varied diet.
