Ingredients:
Selenium AAC 2% 10mg Providing Selenium (elemental) 200µg, Vitamin E Acetate 50% 10mg Providing Vitamin E 7.5iu.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement.

Adults: One tablet with water daily or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed daily upper safe levels of Selenium 400ug, Vitamin E 1500iu
