The anti-depression vitamin. B6 participates actively in many chemical reactions of proteins and amino acids, acting as a co-enzyme in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. Maintains chemical balance amongst body fluids and regulates excretion of water. Helpful for stress control and brain function.

Ingredients:
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 25mg.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement
Adults: One tablet daily with water or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed daily upper safe levels of 200mg.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
