Description:
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen which is nutritionally supportive of a healthily balanced thyroid and adrenal function, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It’s often referred to as Indian Ginseng, because of its ability to enhance stamina and relieve stress anxiety.

Active Ingredients:
Ashwagandha Root (Withania somniforal) Powder.

Adults: ¼ Teaspoon (1g) daily or twice daily added to smoothies or yogurt.

Drink as a tea; add 1g to 6g in 3 cups of boiled water for 15min and allowed to cool. Drink up to 3 cups a day.

Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers or those that have an autoimmune disease or a thyroid disorder.
