Carbo Activatus (Activated Charcoal, from coconut) 350mg

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement
Adults: 1 to 3 capsules as required with a full glass of water or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed recommended dosages
Not to be taken as a substitute for a varied diet.
Not for long-term daily use.
Take at least 2 hours before or after medications or other dietary supplements. Activated charcoal can affect its absorption. For adults only.

May cause dark stool, which is not harmful.
