Description:
An important amino sugar which the body needs to produce glucose-amino-glycans, the living glue that holds cells together and provides the building blocks of connective tissue, cartilage, ligaments, tendons and linings of hollow organs like the digestive tract. The synthesis of Glucosamine is enhanced by Vitamin C.

Ingredients:
Glucosamine Sulphate 550mg, (as Glucosamine Sulphate Potassium Chloride) Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 60mg.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement. Use for a minimum of four weeks to see a beneficial effect.
Adults: Take one to three capsules with water daily. Best fifteen minutes before a meal or as recommended by your health care professional.
