Ingredients:
L-Theanine (from Camellia sinensis) 150mg.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement

Children 8 & Over: 1-2 Capsules daily with water.

Adults: 2-4 Capsules daily, as required, or as recommended by your health care professional. Safety in pregnancy and lactation has not been established.
