A naturally occurring organic form of sulphur, MSM is an essential mineral element found in foods and the human body. Nutritionally beneficial and may support pain, all athletic and injury inflammatory conditions, arthritis, allergies, asthma and degenerative wear and tear of joints.

Ingredients:
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 500mg.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement
Adults: Dosage is individual and condition dependent. For the relief of symptoms (pain and inflammation): Two to four tablets up to three times a day.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE (once relief of symptoms has been achieved): One tablet three times a day. CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS: One to two tablets daily.

MSM tablets are not to be taken at bedtime.
Suitable for Vegetarians, Kosher, Hindu, Halal & diabetic diets.
Do not exceed recommended dosages.
Not to be taken as a substitute for a varied diet.
